The Delaware State Samboree

This year’s activities will include:

A Red White and Blue Theme of Activities, Includes Theme Costume Contest, Craft Classes, Games including Bean Bag Baseball, tour of Delaware State Police Museum (First 96 People) Friday 9 AM , Ice Cream Social with Social Hour Friday Night, Children’s Activities, Craft show & Flea Market, Chinese Auction Saturday, Ladies Social, Seminars, Optional Catered Dinner Saturday Evening Two Meats (Fried Chicken & Baked Ham), Live Entertainment Thursday & Saturday Night, Samgo (Bingo), Hospitality each Morning, Vendors, Sunday Morning Christian Music, Harrington Midway Slots and Casino and Much More.

Facilities: 20/30 Amp Electric, Limited Water, Dump Station, Bath House, Heated/A/C Activities Building. Bring Ext. Cords, Water Hoses, & Wye. Full Water Tanks (Water available upon arrival if needed), Empty Holding Tanks. Parking 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  To park together you must arrive together or register by Chapter to park together.  Please indicate your anticipated arrival time on form below. 

   Registrations Must Be Received By September 2, 2009.  Late Registrations $5.00 More.

Registration Fees for September 11,12, & 13, 2008 as Follows:

Rig With Two (2) Persons-----------------------$85.00 ($90.00 at Gate)

Rig With One (1) Person -----------------------$75.00 ($80.00 at Gate)

Each Additional Person (Children under 17 Free)        $10.00

Early Arrival on Sept. 10, 2009-----------------$30.00

Day Visitors (Each) 8;00AM until 5;00 PM------------$7.50

Adult Catered Meal (Sat. Night) Each-----------------$14.50

Kids Catered Meal (3 to 10 yr old  - Sat Night) each-------$7.50 (each child)

Craft Tables, Flea Market Tables Each---------$5.00)

Friday tour bus cost (State Police Museum)---------------$3.00 (each person)
